Celebrating The Wallace Collection’s latest exhibition, Forgotten Masters: Indian Painting for the East India Company, The Wallace restaurant have created an limited edition Indian brunch menu.
Inspired by the cultural fusion between Britain and India showcased within the exhibition, the menu includes vibrant dishes from the sub-continent with a unique twist. From spicy to sweet, each dish can be paired seasonal gin and tonic to boot.
This menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays for the duration of the exhibition, from 18th January until the 19th April 2020.
