Peyton and Byrne founded in 2005, have several restaurants throughout London, which, over the years, have been as much applauded for their architectural achievements as their gastronomic standards.

Oliver Peyton’s constant mantra is “restaurants should be about having fun”. Oliver considers the most common mistake in the restaurant business to be lack of vision, which, he feels, transfers from food to design to everything else.

The entire dining experience is essential to us as a company, that we create a great room, a great atmosphere, and then let the customers enjoy themselves.

Our chefs value the importance of fresh carefully sourced produce from small independent producers from around the UK. We support local suppliers, entrepreneurs and small food producers that are submerged within an innovative food community.

Our  team is influenced by a dynamic culture that nurtures artisan producers, focusing on provenance, methodology and quality. We also pride ourselves in only working with small producers that have been recognised either by their industry standards or have gained government accreditation.
